awesome stay!
good wardroberooftop service
i really liked my room. it was a premium city view room and had good wardrobe space. the rooftop bar service was great. the bartender made us quick drinks and let us enjoy the views after closing, though!

The rooms were very clean with adequate wardrobe space. staff cleaned and replaced water regularly. the rooftop bar service was good. The bartender made us quick drinks and allowed us to enjoy the views after closing. the hotel's location near attractions such as the royal palace and mercado de san miguel was a plus

The rooftop poolside service was a definite benefit. An very nice theater located inside the hotel was an unexpected surprise. I really appreciated the original touches and modern updates.
The courtyard felt strangely silent and lacked energy. As a music-themed hotel, I expected more life in the communal spaces. The area could benefit from improvements to create a livelier atmosphere.
